Registration Desk

The on-site registration desk will be located in Exhibition Hall (1F), Building No. 1, Kobe International Exhibition Hall.

English Program Book

Copies are available in front of Room 8 (Ruby, B1F, South Building, Kobe Portopia Hotel). Please take one copy per person. Please note that quantities are limited and copies may run out.

Congress Bag

Congress bags are available at the registration area. Please take one congress bag per person. Distribution hours are the same as the On-site Registration Hours. Please note that quantities are limited and bags may run out.

Cloakroom

You may leave your baggage at the cloakrooms while participating in the meeting.

Luncheon/Sweets Seminar Ticket

Tickets for the Luncheon Seminars and Sweets Seminars will be distributed at the following times on the day of each seminar.

  • Please bring your name badge with you to receive a ticket.
  • Only one ticket per person will be distributed for each Luncheon Seminar and Sweets Seminar. Tickets will be distributed only for seminars held on the same day.
  • Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available while supplies last.
    If any tickets remain after the distribution period, they will be distributed in front of each seminar room.
  • Tickets will become invalid once the seminar begins, and admission will thereafter be open to participants without tickets.
  • No tickets are required for the Evening Seminars. Please come directly to each seminar room.

Important Notes for Participants

  1. Participants are encouraged to dress in Cool Biz attire (light business wear).
  2. Photography, audio recording, and video recording within the venue are prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained.
  3. Please refrain from leaving personal belongings on seats for extended periods in order to reserve seats.
  4. Please turn off mobile phones or set them to silent mode while inside the lecture room.
  5. To ensure sufficient time for discussion, those wishing to ask questions or make comments are requested to line up in front of the microphone in advance. Please state your name and affiliation when recognized by the chairperson before beginning your question or comment.
