Information for Participants

1. Format of the event

The 68th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Neurology will be held in a variety of formats to allow for participation, including in-person sessions and on-demand streaming of some sessions. Details regarding the specific format of the meeting will be updated on the conference website, so please check back regularly.

2. Event Period

3. Registration

  2. Regarding participation certificates and receipts
    Please download your receipt yourself from your My Page in the registration system after payment is completed, until July 17, 2026 (Friday). Your participation certificate can also be downloaded from your My Page in the registration system after registration is complete. If you plan to attend the event in person, please print it out yourself and bring it with you. Please note that the organizing committee will not reissue participation certificates or receipts, nor will they issue them after the deadline. If you are applying for academic credits from another academic society for participation in this conference, please use this participation certificate. Please print it out within the deadline and keep it safe until you apply.

4. How to access on-demand streaming sites

A link to the viewing site will be provided on the academic conference website. Please log in using the email address (ID) you used when registering and the password you set yourself.

5. Notes and Prohibited Actions Regarding On-Demand Streaming

Recording, audio recording, or photographing presentation slides or other materials while viewing online, capturing printed screens with screenshots, or reposting them on other websites (including social media) is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use or reproduction is also strictly prohibited.

6. Payment of Annual Membership Fees and Membership Application

7. Members’ Social Gathering

Instead of holding a social gathering, we will allocate more time for poster presentations and provide light refreshments for attendees to socialize. Participation is free of charge, so we encourage everyone to join us.

8. Regarding awards

  1. An Outstanding Presentation Award will be established for presenters of oral and poster presentations in the general sessions, and Platform Presentations and Poster Presentations in the International Sessions, who are 40 years old or younger as of April 1, 2026 (Wednesday). One Best Presentation Award will be selected from each Outstanding Presentation Award session.
  2. The award ceremony for the best presentation will be held during the poster free discussion on Friday, June 5th.

9. Regarding the numbered tickets for the lunch seminar

  • A numbered ticket (free of charge) is required to participate in the lunch seminar. Please pick up your ticket at the distribution location on the day of the seminar. Ticket distribution will end once the capacity is reached. Those with a ticket should pick up their lunch and materials at the reception desk in front of each venue before entering. Please note that the ticket will become invalid 5 minutes after the start of the lunch seminar.
  • No numbered tickets are required to attend the evening seminar. Tickets will not be distributed. Abstracts will not be available.

10. Information about the Patient and Family Association Booth

During this academic conference (June 4th to June 6th), a patient and family association booth will be set up in the foyer in front of the main hall on the 1st floor of Light Cube Utsunomiya (tentative location). This
will be a great opportunity to learn about the thoughts and needs of patients and their families, and to use this information in your medical practice, so please come and visit us.

11. Information on related research meetings

The following related workshops are scheduled. Attendance is possible with registration for this academic conference. Please refer to the program below for details. Abstracts will not be available.

12. Precautions within the venue

  1. To protect the copyrights of the presenters, recording, filming, and taking photographs of the presentations are prohibited within the venue.
  2. Please set your mobile phone or smartphone to silent mode or turn it off beforehand.
  3. Please refrain from leaving personal belongings on seats for extended periods in order to reserve a seat.

  4. Parking
    at the venue is subject to a fee. Please use public transportation whenever possible.
  5. The WiFi password is only provided to those using the meeting rooms and halls within the Light Cube Utsunomiya network environment .
    Hotel Mystays Utsunomiya does not offer free Wi-Fi.
    Depending on your environment, you may experience connection difficulties. Please be aware of this in advance.
  6. A medical equipment and pharmaceutical-related exhibition corner will be set up in the large hall on the 1st floor of Light Cube Utsunomiya.
  7. As a general rule, we do not make announcements within the venue .
  8. Lost and found items will be kept at the general reception desk (Light Cube Utsunomiya 2F Entrance Hall). Please keep your valuables with you.
  9. Smoking is prohibited throughout the designated smoking area.
