• This event is not a timed competition. The course is not reserved for private use. Please be aware of the traffic around the course, and of vehicles entering the course, including bicycles, and observe the rules and manners of a runner, and put safety first.
• Please bring your own clothes, shoes, and other running equipment.
• This event will be held in, light rain. In case of more inclement weather, the event will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, we will notify you by e-mail by the evening of the day before the event.
• All runners are permitted to wear fancy dress as long as the costume is suitable for a sporting event. Costumes that are offensive to other runners or supporters or which pose a risk to themselves or others are not permitted.
• First aid treatment is available, but please refrain from participating if you have any concerns about your physical condition.
