1. Exhibition fee
¥400,000 per booth (Space reservation only) (Incl. 10% consumption tax)
¥300,000 Early registration discount (Incl. 10% consumption tax)*Until the end of January 2025
The standard booth package costs about ¥200,000 extra (Incl. 10% consumption tax).
The minimal cost consists of both the exhibition fee and the booth decorate fee.
2. Standard booth
W 3,000mm X D 3,000mm X H 2,500mm (Only space will be provided.)
3. Basic booth package:
Basic booth package is available for about ¥200,000 (incl. set-up and removal cost) (Incl. 10% consumption tax)
- Specification change will be authorized under the scope of the fire protection law.
- Other options, such as “additional power supply,” “furniture rental” and other arrangements will be informed in the “Exhibition Manual” soon.
Optional ornament/equipment is available to outfit your booth as you wish. Those exhibitors who are interesting in purchasing this option should indicate so on the application form. After the application deadline, the designated decorator will contact you.

4. The number of application booths
1 unit equals 1 exhibition booth. You can apply for up to 4 booths at maximum.
5. Booth allocation:
Please note that all booth assignments will be designated after the close of the application period. The organizer reserves the right to decide all of the booth positions in consideration of the number of booths, type of exhibit and the total number of exhibits, and so on. Once the booth assignment is published, there is no room for any negotiations with exhibitors regarding booth position.
★The exhibitor is not allowed to lease, cede or trade off any part or the whole of a booth without the permission of the organizer.
6. Cancellation of the exhibition:
In principle, an exhibitor cannot cancel the exhibit, once applicated. Even in case an exhibit is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
