The standard booth package costs about ¥200,000 extra (Incl. 10% consumption tax).
The minimal cost consists of both the exhibition fee and the booth decorate fee.

Optional ornament/equipment is available to outfit your booth as you wish. Those exhibitors who are interesting in purchasing this option should indicate so on the application form. After the application deadline, the designated decorator will contact you.
1 unit equals 1 exhibition booth. You can apply for up to 4 booths at maximum.
Please note that all booth assignments will be designated after the close of the application period. The organizer reserves the right to decide all of the booth positions in consideration of the number of booths, type of exhibit and the total number of exhibits, and so on. Once the booth assignment is published, there is no room for any negotiations with exhibitors regarding booth position.
★The exhibitor is not allowed to lease, cede or trade off any part or the whole of a booth without the permission of the organizer.
If you cancel after registering, you must pay JPY 150,000 per booth by the end of June 2025.
No refunds will be given after the end of June 2025.
Sometimes, things like natural disasters, accidents, or serious illnesses can happen. If the organizer thinks it’s too dangerous or difficult to hold the exhibition, they may decide to delay or cancel it.
If the exhibition is canceled, the organizer will return the space fee to the exhibitors.
If it’s delayed, the fee will be used for the new exhibition date instead.
Please understand that if something happens that no one can control, the organizer cannot pay for any extra costs or losses that exhibitors may have.

We thankfully finished recruiting any exhibitors as of 28th of February because all booth allocations at the venue are completely full/enough.
