Short Oral Presentation

Format

• Short Oral Presentations will be digital posters.
• No printed posters will be presented at this Annual Meeting.

Presentation Style & Session Schedule

• Your preferred presentation style may not always be accepted.
• The Program Committee makes the final decision.
• No exceptions are allowed for:
  •Changes to the presentation style
  •Changes to the session date or time
• Only on-site presentations are accepted.
• There will be a Chair for each session.

Time Allocation

• Total: 7 minutes
  •Presentation: 5 minutes
  •Q&A: 2 minutes

Presentation Data Submission

• Pre-registration of your presentation data is required.
• Instructions for preparing and submitting your data will be posted on the website in early April.
• After the pre-registration period ends, no replacements or revisions will be accepted.
• You do not need to bring your presentation data to the venue.
