Short Oral Presentation

Pre-submission of presentation data is required only for the Short Oral (Digital Poster) session.
For oral sessions, please submit your presentation data at the Speaker Ready Desk on-site.

Format

• Short Oral Presentations will be digital posters.
• No printed posters will be presented at this Annual Meeting.

Presentation Style & Session Schedule

• Your preferred presentation style may not always be accepted.
• The Program Committee makes the final decision.
• No exceptions are allowed for:
  •Changes to the presentation style
  •Changes to the session date or time
• Only on-site presentations are accepted.
• There will be a Chair for each session.

Time Allocation

• Total: 7 minutes
  •Presentation: 5 minutes
  •Q&A: 2 minutes

Presentation Data Submission

• Pre-registration of your presentation data is required.
• A data submission URL was sent on April 7 from the Digital Poster Support Desk to your registered email address.
• After the pre-registration period ends, no replacements or revisions will be accepted.
• You do not need to bring your presentation data to the venue.
