16th World Conference on Investment Casting (WCIC2025)

Call for Sponsors

WCIC2025 will be the only international conference on investment castings to be held in Japan.
We have prepared an attractive plan for everyone involved in investment castings to gather such as an exhibition and the factory tours and so on.
We expect that this will be a very useful opportunity for companies and academics involved in precision casting. We would appreciate your understanding and support of the purpose of this conference and its communication potential

Please review the Call for Sponsors before submitting your application. Note that there are limited spots available for each sponsorship category, and applications may close even before the official deadline once capacity is reached. We encourage you to apply early to secure your spot.

Please download the application form, fill it out, and email it to wcic2025@foundry.jp.
Please note that the title of your e-mail should include “WCIC2025 Sponsor Program Application” to easily identify the content of your e-mail.

About Payment

The Logistic Office (wcic2025@convention.co.jp) will issue and send you an invoice.

Please refer to the following schedule for the issuance timing:
For applications received by the end of March 2025: Invoices will be issued in April.

For applications received between April 2025 and the deadline: Invoices will be issued in July.

For applications for website banner ads: Invoices will be issued as needed before placement.
