Registration Fee

You can attend both KJJSC2025 and STROKE2025 venue.

Category Fee Criteria for taxation
Regular
(including students)		 20,000 JPY Subject to taxation

Attendance at either the KJJSC2025 or STROKE2025 venue is free and without any extra charges.

Japanese participants are requested to register from STROKE2025 .

Group registration will not be accepted. Please register by yourself.

Please note that we are unable to transfer your registration to another person or change your name.

Online Registration Instruction

To register online, please click the Registration at the bottom of the page.
After the completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL by Email. Please complete the payment by accessing the URL. Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.

Payment Deadline The payment should be completed within 72 hours after registration.

Online credit card payments are the only payment we accept.

Registration is completed upon payment of the participation fee.

Cancellation/ Revision of registered information

  • Cancellations after registration is not acceptable.
  • The registration fee that was paid will not be returned for any reason.
  • Please ensure that you do not register twice.

Name Card Issuance Method

  • On-site participants will be given name cards at the Registration Desk at the venue.
  • Make sure to print out or display the QR code on your smartphone that was issued during online registration when you arrive at the venue.
  • A QR code reader is set up at the venue to read the QR code and issue a name card.
  • Please ensure that you always wear your name card while at the venue.
  • The download of receipts and certificates of participation is available on the Service Counter of the registration website.

Receipt /Certificate

During the following period, the service counter of the registration website can be used to download receipts and participation certificates.

The digital version is the only one that will be issued. Paper copies will not be sent by mail.

Frequent Questions

Q. Is group registration available?
A. Group registration is not acceptable in principle. Participants are required to register individually.
Q. I would like to modify the registered information such as name or affiliation.
A. Please log into the Service Counter and modify the information. New QR Code will be issued once you make a modification. Please save and bring the new QR Code to the site.
Q. I cannot complete the payment due to an error occurring during the credit card transaction.
A. Please contact your credit card company.
Q. Although I clicked the URL on the registration confirmation email to proceed with the payment, I cannot access the URL.
A. Please copy the whole URL from the top ‘https’ and paste it on the browser you use.
Q. QR Code has not been sent to the email address I have registered at the completion of payment by credit card.
A. If you access from portable terminal with the designated domain reception, it may block emails. Please check and set up to receive emails from “convention.co.jp” and ”event-ope-service.com” before proceeding with registration again.
Q. I forgot the password I registered.
A. You can reset it from the login page of the service counter.
Q. I have forgotten my email address (ID) I have registered.
