Terms and Conditions

1. The acceptance, timing, presentation, and discussion of all papers are at the discretion of the Scientific Program Organizing Committee.
2. All abstracts submission must be in English.
3. Late submission will not be considered under any circumstance.
4. Changes to submitted abstracts or re-submission after the due date will not be considered under circumstances.
5. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Congress Scientific Program Organizing Committee following the close of the abstract submission process.
6. Each abstract will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
   Is this abstract original?
   Does it address an important scientific question?
   Is the abstract clearly written with all salient facts?
   Does the work adhere to ethical guidelines?
   Is there evidence of statistical method if appropriate?
   Are the conclusions justified by the results?
7. Successful applicants will be notified of a verbal or poster presentation by email.
8. Successful applicants will be advised at the time of notification of either a poster OR verbal presentation.
9. The allocation of the date and time for presentation is not negotiable or changeable.
10. The person who has submitted the abstract is therefore the presenter, and the person who will be recognized for the research in the form of a criteria. This is not changeable under any circumstances and requests to change presenters.
11. Presented abstracts will be published in the official abstract booklet.
12. All successful applicants- verbal and /or poster, are required to register for the AsAES 2023 Congress. Any applicant who has not settled their registration fee will not have the certificate of presentation.
13. If authors wish to withdraw their abstracts form presentation or publication, they are requested to notify the Congress secretariat via e-mail to asaes2023@convention.co.jp.
14. All outlined requirements pertaining to FORMAT must be adhered to.
