After the completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL by Email. Please complete the payment by accessing the URL. Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.

To make credit card payments more secure, 3D Secure 2.0 – an authentication service – has become mandatory in Japan as of the end of March 2025.
Before registering for this event, please check with your credit card issuer to ensure that your card is registered for 3D Secure 2.0.

What is 3D Secure 2.0?

3D Secure 2.0 is an authentication protocol designed to make online credit card transactions more secure. It helps prevent unauthorized use of your card by verifying your identity using methods such as pre-set passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), biometrics, and other technologies provided by your credit card company.

  • Authentication methods may vary depending on the issuer, so please follow the instructions shown on the authentication screen.
  • To confirm whether your credit card supports 3D Secure 2.0, please contact your card issuer directly.

Method of Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club). Registration system and the payment transaction are handled through Japan Convention Services, Inc., JCS. “JCS1” will be described on your payment slip.

Payment Deadline

72 hours after you submit your information
Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without payment.
Please be sure to complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact the Online Registration Support Desk.
After your payment is confirmed, the confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the email after the registration, please contact to the Online Registration Support Desk: actajasthcc2026@reg-convention.com.

ID: Your email address
Password: Password you set on the registration
Please be cautious not to forget your registered ID (email address) and password, as they will be required for logging into “Service Counter“.
When sending to a mobile device, you may be unable to receive system emails if restrictions are in place, including domain limitations, designated recipient filtering, or refusal to accept emails containing URLs within the message body. Prior to moving forward with the registration process, please configure “event-ope-service.com” as a specified reception address. The method for setting up will differ depending on your mobile phone provider.

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Receipt for the registration fee: available to download from “Service Counter” immediately after registering and paying. The Service Counter URL is noted in the confirmation email.
Your certificate of attendance will be printed on your name badge.

Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund

To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID (email address) and password, then click “Service Counter“. Please review the form carefully when you submit it, as you cannot make a change to the category field in the editing page.
NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.

How to receive your name card, receipt, certificate of attendance

Name badge, receipt and certificates of attendance can be issued via “Service Counter“. To log in, you will need the ID (email address) and password used during registration.
Please download these documents from “Service Counter” during the respective issuance periods.

Name Badge Please download your name badge from the Service Counter.
Issuing period: November 5, 2026 (Thu) － January 20, 2027 (Wed)
Receipt The download is accessible from the Service Counter as soon as registration and payment have been completed.
Issuing period: After payment – January 20, 2027(Wed)
Certificate of attendance Included on name badge.

Q. Is group registration available?
A. Group registration is not acceptable in principle. Participants are required to register individually.
Q. I would like to modify the registered information such as name or affiliation.
A. Log in to the Service Counter and amend the details.
Q. I cannot complete the payment due to an error occurring during the credit card transaction.
A. Please contact your credit card company.
Q. Although I clicked the URL on the registration confirmation email to proceed with the payment, I cannot access the URL.
A. Please copy the whole URL from the top ‘https’ and paste it on the browser you use.
Q. I have forgotten my email address or keyword I have registered.
