Call for Abstracts

September 16 (Wed), 2026 – October 29 (Thu), 2026 (JST)

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  2. The title should not exceed 25 words and should be concise.
  3. The abstract body should not exceed 500 words.
  4. Affiliations of all authors must be included.
  5. All abstracts (except for case reports) should be structured with a clear Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  6. Images, tables, and graphs cannot be included in the abstract.

  • Abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
  • Please access the online submission system via the button below.

Acceptance or Rejection of Submitted Abstracts

  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the e-mail address registered in the online submission system.

Abstract Keywords

Please provide appropriate keywords for your abstract.
Examples: osteoarthritis of the hand, compound trauma, strangulated neuropathy
