Visa document support *1
*1 This refers only to the documents required for visa issuance that we are responsible for providing.
Any other documents required must be prepared by the applicant and submitted directly to the Japanese embassy or consulate.
Visa document support will be provided only to those who meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Chair or Speaker
- Staying in Japan from May 19 (Tue) to May 24 (Sun), 2026
- Conference registration with payment completed *2
*2 Note: Invited Chairs / Speakers, Travel Support Winners, and Travel Grant Winners are exempt from this requirement.
We are unable to provide support to individuals who stay in Japan outside of this period.
If an applicant does not meet any of the three requirements above, we are unable to provide visa document support.
