Registration Fee

*1 Student Category includes graduate students. Student participants are required to submit a copy of student ID/an official letter certifying their status to the Registration Support Desk by e-mail (63jds@reg-convention.com). If not submitted, the full non-member rate will be applied.
*2 All trainees are required to fill out Certification of Training, which is available from here and submit it to the Registration Support Desk by e-mail (63jds@reg-convention.com). If not submitted, the full non-member rate will be applied.
* “JDS” is the Japan Diabetes Society. Members are required to enter their Member ID number in the online registration site.

Registration Procedure

Online Registration Flow

Access the online registration system from the button at the bottom of this page and enter your profile. URL will be sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password. Select your registration category and other options. Complete payment by credit card.
*Uncompleted registration will be automatically cancelled after 1 hour.

Payment

All payment must be made in Japanese yen with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club). No other type of payment is accepted.

Confirmation

Confirmation can be printed out after your payment is confirmed. Please bring it to the congress venue to pick up your congress kit. Confirmation can be printed out as many times as you wish by May 23, 2020.

Changes/Cancellation/Refund

Changes and cancellation of registration information must be confirmed to the Registration Support Desk either by e-mail. There will be no refund after the registration has been completed.
