  • Please note that the registration is accepted by only credit card payment.
  • IAP Member・Non Member：Physicians, researchers and graduate students, excluding medical staff
  • Students are required to submit their student ID card/certification.
    Please use the certificate issued by your organization.
  • Resident Resident are required to submit a copy his or her advisor/supervisor send as proof of the bona fide status of the resident. Please upload a copy of your following Upload Site.
  • Please be sure to wear your participation certificate on the Venue. Please be careful not to lose it as it will not be reissued.
  • A tiered fee structure will apply according to country of residence. For your country classification
    High Income（H）, Upper Middle Income（UM）,Lower Middle Income（LM）or Low Income（L）
    please refer to the World Bank’s Classification.
  • Group registration applies to those members whose regional leaders have made a contract with the organizer in advance. The same rate applies to those who residues in developing countries with lower-middle or low income refer to the World Bank’s Classification.

Online Registration

Log in to the WEB distribution site using the e-mail address and password you specified when registering.

How to register

Please register via the “New registration” button at the bottom of the page.

  1. Register your information.
  2. Pay online with a credit card.
  3. Methods of Payment
    Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).
    Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.
  4. Payment deadline: 72 hours after you’ve registered your information or the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
  • You cannot change your e-mail address, registration categories and fees.
  • Participation certificates and receipts will be available for download by July 31 at Japan Standard Time

Registration Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

You can revise or change your information at the service counter as described below. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
Your e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason after payment has been completed.
Please note that changes in participation categories after payment has been completed will not be accepted.

Name tag

Receive your name tag by scanning the QR Code you receive at the venue. Plase note the name tag is not be sent in advance.

Receipt

Log in to the service counter and download your receipt.

  • Please be sure the receipt will be issued when your registration has been completed.
  • Period for issuance of receipt: 13rd April(Wed.) – July 31(Sun.), Japan Standard Time

Participation certificate

Log in to the Service Counter and download your participation Certification from July 11 to July 31,2022.

  • Please be sure the participation certificate will not be issued after the convention day.
  • Period for issuance of participantion Certificate: 11 July (Mon.) – July 31(Sun.), Japan Standard Time

Is it possible to register groups of people who belong to the same organization?
In principle, it is not possible to register groups. Each participant should register separately.
I’d like to change my registration information (name, institution/company, etc.) or correct an error.
You can change your registration information by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered.
I’m trying to pay with a credit card, but a payment error is preventing the transaction from completing.
Please check the error message that is shown when you try to pay. If you continue to see the same error after verifying that the credit card information and security code you entered are correct, please contact your credit card issuer.
Clicking the payment URL in the e-mail doesn't take me to the credit card payment interface.
Copy the entire payment page URL (starting with “https://”) and paste it into your browser’s URL field to access the page.
I paid the registration fee by credit card, but the e-mail address I used to register hasn’t received any messages.
Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the message, sent from “53jps@reg-convention.com” has been moved there. If you’re using a mobile device to receive e-mails and the app has been configured to reject messages from certain domains or senders, or messages that contain URLs, you may not be able to receive e-mails from the conference’s system. Please contact the support desk by e-mail (53jps@convention.com) and inform them of your issue.
I haven’t received any message from the system even though I configured my e-mail app to accept messages from “convention.co.jp.”
There may be an error in the e-mail address you used to register. Please contact our support desk at the email address 53jps@convention.com.
I forgot email address or keywords I used to register.
You can reset your password from the service counter using the e-mail address you registered.
Please contact the support desk by e-mail (53jps@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.
