Presentation Style*

Abstracts can be accepted as Oral Session, Mini-Oral Session, or Main Session. We look forward to your submissions.

If you are an invited speaker, please choose the “Invited Speaker” on the Submission Website. Please read the instruction carefully and submit your abstract through the Submission Website below.

Acceptance, Presentation Style, Date and Time, etc. will be selected by the President.

1. Submission Period

Noon on December 1 (Wed), 2021 -  Noon on February 4 (Fri), 2022 (Japan Time)
Noon on February 14 (Mon), 2022 (Japan Time)
Noon on February 20 (Sun), 2022 (Japan Standard Time)

Abstract Submission has been closed.

Attention !
Submission Website is available after the deadline for Invited Speakers. However, if you are not Invited Speakers, your abstracts will NOT be registered or modified after the deadline.

There will be a heavy access at the last minutes.
We recommend you make preparations in good time.
Before the deadline, you can modify your abstracts.

2. Eligibility

The submitted abstract must describe unpublished work.
We evaluate research content, ethics, etc. before determining if your abstract will be accepted. Accepted abstract will be Oral Presentation or Mini Oral Presentation. The President will determine if it is accepted or not.

3. Language / Number or Characters, etc.

Presentation and Presentation Slide has to be English.

  • Abstract Title: 100 characters (including spaces)
  • Abstract Body: 1,650 characters (roughly 300 words) (including spaces)
  • Authors (1st authors and co-authors): limited to 20
  • Affiliations: limited to 10
  • Total number of characters (Authors, Affiliations, Abstract Title, and Abstract Body): 2000 characters (including spaces)

After the deadline, no change will be acceptable.

5. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest (COI)

Every speaker needs to disclose his/her Conflicts of Interest.

On the second slide of your presentation, you need to add a COI slide.
(Even when you do not have any conflicts.)

If the lead presenter is the responsible researcher, choose the sample slide 1.
If the lead presenter is NOT the responsible researcher, choose the sample slide 2 and prepare each COI disclosure slide on behalf of the responsible researcher.
