All oral presenters should review their presentation in the Speaker Registration and Ready Room(Foyer of Shichirigahama Banquet Hall ).

For speakers bringing media data to the presentation

Please check your presentation data on the PC for preview at the “Ready Room” at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation time.
(Data may be brought in on days other than the day of presentation.)
The media that can be brought in are as follows

    • USB flash memory

      The media must be running security software with the latest virus definition data updated. Please make sure that the media is virus-free and that the virus definition data has been updated to the latest version.

  1. The following OS and applications will be provided
    • OS: Windows
    • Application: PowerPoint 2021 for Windows
      If you have created your presentation using the Macintosh version of PowerPoint, please bring your own Macintosh.
  2. Only the standard fonts for the OS (Windows 10) will be provided.
  3. All PCs used for presentations will be set to Full HD (1920 x 1080).
    Please check the layout after adjusting the resolution of your PC. If your PC is larger or smaller than this size, the image quality will be degraded.

  4. If you wish to use video or audio on your presentation, please inform staff at the Ready Room.
  5. If videos and other reference files or hyperlinks are linked by hyperlinks, please put all data in the same folder.
  6. Please bring video files that can be played on Windows 10 (OS) and Windows Media Player with the codecs included in the default settings.

    MP4 format is recommended for video files.
  7. If you are bringing in media with video files, please also bring in the computer itself, just in case.
  8. Please note that data cannot be corrected at the presentation venue.
  9. Once the preview is finished, the data will be automatically transferred to the presentation venue, so there is no need to re-register at the venue.
  10. Once you take the stage, the first page of your presentation data will be projected on the screen as a slide show,
    Please use the keypad or mouse on the podium to operate the slideshow data.
  11. The presentation data will be temporarily stored on the server at the “PC Reception” and on the PCs at the venue,
    The data will be disposed of after the conference.

For speakers bringing laptop to the presentation

  1. Please come to the “Ready Room” at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled presentation time.
  2. At the Ready Room, please check the external output on the preview monitor, connect the keypad and mouse, and check that they are working properly.
    HDMI cables will be provided.
    Some laptops may require a connector that comes with it or is sold separately, so please bring your own.
    Please bring your own.
  3. The following versions of laptop operating systems are recommended.
    Windows: Windows 10 or later
    Macintosh: MacOSX 10.6.8 or later
  4. Please check if the laptop outputs correctly to an external monitor. (Duplication and mirroring)
  5. Please save or place a copy of your presentation data in an easily accessible location on your desktop.
    Full HD (1920 x 1080) screen resolution is recommended.
    If the screen resolution is larger or smaller than this size, the image quality will be degraded.
  6. If you wish to use video or audio, please inform staff at the Ready Room.
  7. Please deactivate the screen saver and power-saving settings (including Hot Corner for Mac) before your presentaition.
  8. If you have set a password or other passwords for startup, please be sure to unlock them.
    Some laptops may require a connector that comes with the computer (sold separately), so please be sure to bring it with you.
  9. Please be sure to bring the AC adapter even if your battery has enough power. 20 minutes before your scheduled presentation time(or even during your presentation), please come to the operation desk near the podium at the front left side of the venue and hand over your computer to the staff, Please hand your computer to the staff. The staff will connect the cables and check the external output.
  10. The presenter view will be not available. Please use the monitor set on the podium (mirrored) and keypad/mouse for your presentation.

    You may not take your presentation with your computer on the podium.
  11. Please bring backup data just in case.
  12. The computer will be returned to you at the operation desk where you checked in your computer earlier. Please note that there is limited space at the operation desk.
  13. Please pick up your computer as soon as possible after your presentation.
