Please preview your data even if you bring your own laptop.<\/li>\n      <li>If you bring USB flash memory stick, please allow the operator to download \/ copy it to the server. The secretariat will take responsibility to delete the data after the meeting.<\/li>\n      <li>Please come by and register your data by the day before your presentation if you have a presentation in early morning session.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <h5>NOTE<\/h5>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Macintosh users are required to bring your own laptop.<\/li>\n      <li>If video data is included in the presentation data, please bring your own laptop.<\/li>\n      <li>PowerPoint is the only application accepted.<\/li>\n      <li>Please indicate conflicts of Interests (COI) at your presentation. You are able to download sample slide of COI from the website.<\/li>\n      <li>You must provide a declaration at the first slide of your presentation data that your presentation is unpublished\n      material.<\/li>\n      <li>You must provide COI notification at the second slide of your presentation data if you have Conflict of Interest(COI.)<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <div class=\"ttl\">Instructions if you bring media<\/div>\n    <ul>\n      <li>All equipment is compliant for Windows. Please note that it is not compatible with Macintosh.<\/li>\n      <li>Please bring your laptop if you create your presentation data by Macintosh.<\/li>\n      <li>Tablet or smartphone, such as iPad is NOT available.<\/li>\n      <li>16:9 is recommended for your presentation data, but 4:3 is also available.<\/li>\n      <li>Please use standard fonts such as Arial, Century, Times New Roman, etc.<\/li>\n      <li>If you are using video data, please bring your own laptop.<\/li>\n      <li>To have it linked with PowerPoint, please save your data in the same folder.<\/li>\n      <li>Please make sure to check your data on a different computer to see whether the data can be played without any errors.<\/li>\n      <li>There should be only your presentation data saved in your media.<\/li>\n      <li>Please check your copied data on other PC beforehand to avoid copying the wrong data.<\/li>\n      <li>Please check your data with Virus Scanner.<\/li>\n      <li>Please be sure to bring your back-up data with you.<\/li>\n      <li>Your presentation data will be deleted by congress after your presentation is finished automatically.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <div class=\"ttl\">Instructions if you bring your own laptop<\/div>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Please cancel the password, screensaver, and power-saving settings in advance.<\/li>\n      <li>The connection for the output connector \u201cHDMI.\u201d (See illustration on the right) is available. If you have a different output connector, please bring an appropriate conversion connector.<br><img src=\"\/wfumb2025\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/MDMI.png\" alt=\"MDMI\" style=\"width: 110px;padding-top: 10px;\"><\/li>\n      <li>Please remember to bring your computer\u2019s AC adapter.<\/li>\n      <li>Please make sure to prepare a back-up data on media though it is saved in your PC.<\/li>\n      <li>After the preview at PC Preview Desk, please take the laptop with you to the Computer Operation Desk 15 minutes before your presentation.
