{"id":203,"date":"2025-03-26T10:22:49","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T01:22:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.convention.co.jp\/wfumb2025\/?page_id=203"},"modified":"2025-04-23T13:01:40","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T04:01:40","slug":"digital-poster","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/site.convention.co.jp\/wfumb2025\/digital-poster\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration of Digital Poster data"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-203\"  class=\"panel-layout\" ><div id=\"pg-203-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-203-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child\" data-index=\"0\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Digital Poster data Submission<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital poster presentation is only viewing style.<\/li>\n<li>There is no verbal presentation at the venue.<\/li>\n<li>All speakers of digital poster session are required to submit your presentation data by <span style=\"color: red;font-weight: bold;text-decoration:underline;\">Friday May 16, 2025 (Japan Time)<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>First author of all speakers of digital poster session are required to pay the registration fee.<\/li>\n<li>You are not able to submit your presentation data at the venue. <\/li>\n<li>Please read the following instruction carefully and submit your presentation data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"1\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Registration Period<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;font-weight: bold;\">Tuesday, April 15, 2025 \u2013 Friday, May 16, 2025 (Japan Time)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"2\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Preparation for your PowerPoint<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: red;\">You must provide a declaration at the first slide of your presentation data that your presentation is unpublished material.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: red;\">You must provide COI notification at the second slide of your presentation data if you have Conflict of Interest(COI) or not Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum number of slides is <span style=\"color: red;font-weight: bold;text-decoration:underline;\">20 pages<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>You <span style=\"color: red;text-decoration:underline;\">cannot<\/span> use PowerPoint animation effects.<\/li>\n<li>File size should be <span style=\"color: red;font-weight: bold;text-decoration:underline;\">less than 500MB<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>The files that can be registered are PowerPoint files.<\/li>\n<li>Data conversion is performed using PowerPoint 2024 installed on Windows 11.<\/li>\n<li>Please use the online preview to check for details such as font replacement, line break misalignment, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Please create in PowerPoint slides (Standard 4:3).<\/li>\n<li>Slide templates are available in the \u201cPowerPoint Templates\u201d section below. If you cannot resize the slides, please download and use this data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-3\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"3\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h3>[NOTES]<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the OS-standard font in your slide. (e.g. Century, Century Gothic, etc.) Any special fonts may cause corruption of texts.<\/li>\n<li>Use <span style=\"color: red;text-decoration:underline;\">all the same font<\/span> in the same textbox. Otherwise your text is not converted correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Use of the tab or space key to adjust the layout of the text may prevent the text from converting properly. We recommend you to use text boxes or the table function without style formatting or gridlines.<\/li>\n<li>Transparency of the object may cause an error. Please change the color without transparency as much as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not lock your file with password.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not delete file name extension (.pptx) when saving your file.<\/li>\n<li>Please unmark &#8220;Mark as Final&#8221; if you have set &#8220;Mark as Final&#8221; at &#8220;ProtectPresentation&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"asterisk\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0!important;\">For data created with PowerPoint for mac, please check the online preview to make sure that line break misalignment, image cropping, and other details are accurately reflected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-4\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"4\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>How to register<\/h2>\n<p>Please register from the URL informed by the congress secretariat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-5\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"5\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h3>PowerPoint File Upload<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wfumb2025\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/img01_poster.png\" style=\"max-width:100%;\"><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Under \u201cSoftware,\u201d select the application that created the presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cData Type,\u201d select the appropriate item.<\/li>\n<li>Select the number of pages of data in the \u201cPage\u201d field.<\/li>\n<li>Register your PowerPoint file using the \u201cPowerPoint File Upload\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-6\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"6\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h3>Online Previews<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>When presentation data is converted, the screen automatically switches to the online preview screen from the screen where the data is being converted. At the same time, an e-mail will be sent to the user with information about the online preview.<\/li>\n<li>Conversion may take longer just before the deadline. Generation is usually completed in about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>The online preview screen is almost the same as the presentation screen.<\/li>\n<li>On the online preview screen, be sure to select \u201cCompletion of registration\u201d or \u201cWill be fixed later\u201d after confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>The last data registered will be the presentation data, regardless of the confirmation status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-203-0-0-7\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"7\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Correction or Modify<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual slides cannot be modified.<\/li>\n<li>Please modify or correct your presentation slide data and upload again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div
