It was constructed in May 1966 as the first full-fledged international conference center in Japan. It consists of four buildings: the six-story main building, Annex Hall, Event Hall, and New Hall. They are all connected by indoor passages.<br \/>\nThere is a garden and it has beautiful views of Mt.
