Instruction to apply visa documents

1. Please apply online. Online system will open from MARCH 3, 2025.
2. After we confirm that the participant's conference registration fee and visa documents support fee (JPY 25,300) have been paid, we will prepare the visa support documents and send them to you by email.

[NOTE]

• Official visa application documents will be sent to you AFTER we confirm all payments (registration fee to WFUMB 2025 and visa application fee to JTB Corp.)
• After your application is accepted, the documents will be sent to you approximately two weeks later.
• If there are any errors in the information registered on the system, it may take more than two weeks.
• The documents will be issued in Japanese. Please make your own application for visa acquisition at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate once you receive the documents.
• If you are uncertain about your visa requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate General, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

• We do not guarantee that you will be able to obtain a visa. If you need, please apply earlier. We recommend that you complete payment of the conference registration fee and visa support fee by around April 10, 2025.
