Presentation Guideline

Guidelines for speakers

Dear Speakers,

We scheduled a tight program for the Congress in order to provide a balanced overview of your scientific experience and the opportunity to present the latest results in research.
In order to run the program smoothly we kindly request you to rigorously stick to the presentation timetable and organize your talks following the guidelines below.

1. Time slots:

a. Invited lectures, Symposium, etc.
– For each talk timeslot, please refer to the program.

b. Oral Session
– 7 minutes presentation, 3 minutes Q&A

c. Poster Session
– There will be no onsite presentation.
In case you will attend the Congress onsite, there will be an e-Poster Q&A Corner during the Coffee Break.

2. Technical requirements:

Register your presentation slide in Speaker Ready Room
at least 60 min before the beginning of your session
and take the speakers’ standby seat at least 15 min before.

Oral Presentations can be made with only Windows PCs.
If your presentation file is made using Windows, bring your own laptop or USB memory.
If your presentation file is made using Macintosh,
bring your own laptop with a VGA adapter. Bringing only USB memory is NOT available.

The title of your presentation file should be “session number and your name”.
