Notification of Abstract Acceptance<\/h2>\n

Upon registering your presentation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Notification of Adoption<\/h2>\n

Individuals who register their abstracts will be sent a notification of adoption via email in mid-January 2026 as per the scheduled timeline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

Instructions for submitting your abstract<\/h2>\n

Online registration for this conference will only be accepted via the Internet.
\nRegistrations sent via email or by post will not be accepted.
\nAdditionally, keep in mind that no additions or corrections will be feasible after the specified deadline.<\/p>\n

  1. After you have finished registering for your presentation, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be because your new presentation registration has not been completed or there may be an error in the email address you provided. Please contact the Management Secretariat at the address listed below by email.<\/li>\n
  2. Modifying or Deleting a Registered Abstract
    Click the “Abstract revision<\/span>” button at the bottom. From the login screen, enter the ID you initially registered with and your chosen password. You can edit or remove a registered abstract multiple times prior to the deadline. Note that any changes to the abstract will not be accepted once the deadline has passed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

    Precautions<\/h2>\n

    Registration of your abstract from the website may not be possible due to factors like firewalls in your computer environment.
    \nIf you are unable to register from a computer at a hospital, please try accessing the website again from a computer at home.
    \nWith a heavy traffic expected on the day of the deadline, abstract registration could be impacted, so it’s advisable to register as early as possible.
    \nWe are not accountable for any inaccuracies resulting from information submitted by registrants.
    \nDouble-check that the information is accurate and complete before clicking the register button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

    Creation Regulations<\/h2>\n

    When registering your presentation, please adhere to the guidance on the registration screen and input all necessary details, such as the name of the
    \nlead speaker, membership number, name of affiliated institution, email address, co-authors, presentation format, category, presentation title,
    \nabstract text, and keywords.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

    Restrictions<\/h2>\n

    Note that registration will not be possible if the number of characters and the number of authors surpass the limits outlined below.<\/p>\n

    Title<\/th>\nEnter within 140 characters including spaces (approximately 20-25 word).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Abstract contains<\/th>\nEnter within 1,200 characters including spaces (approximately 250-300 words).<\/p>\n

    Please note that the abstract will be published as submitted. We kindly ask you to carefully check for any typographical or grammatical errors before submission.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
