Upon registering for JSRM-ISCT Joint International Conference on iPSCs in 2026, you will also be able to take part in the 25th Congress of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, which will be held concurrently at the same venue on March 19 and 20, 2026.<\/p>\n

Residents of Japan should register through the website of the 25th Congress of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine(JSRM). Further information will be published on its website at a later time. You can still participate in ISCT even if you register through JSRM.<\/p>\n

1 Once registration and payment are complete, you will be sent a URL to upload your student ID.<\/p>\n

2 The Gala dinner is scheduled for Friday, March 20, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Kobe Portopia Hotel, with the time subject to change.
Applicants will be accepted based on the order in which their applications are received. The application process will cease once the maximum capacity is achieved.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

3. Online Registration Instruction<\/h2>\n
To make credit card payments more secure, 3D Secure 2.0 -an authentication service- has become mandatory in Japan as of the end of March 2025.
\nBefore registering for this event, please check with your credit card issuer to ensure that your card is registered for 3D Secure 2.0.<\/p>\n

What is 3D Secure 2.0?
\n3D Secure 2.0 is an authentication protocol designed to make online credit card transactions more secure. It helps prevent unauthorized use of your card by verifying your identity using methods such as pre-set passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), biometrics, and other technologies provided by your credit card company.
\n-Authentication methods may vary depending on the issuer, so please follow the instructions shown on the authentication screen.

4. Method of Payment<\/h2>\n

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club). Registration system and the payment transaction are handled through Japan Convention Services, Inc., JCS. “JCS1” will be described on your payment slip.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

Payment Deadline<\/h3>\n

72 hours<\/u> after you submit your information<\/p>\n

Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without the payment.<\/p>\n

Please be sure to complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact the Online Registration Support Desk.
\nAfter your payment is confirmed, the confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the email after the registration, please contact to Registration Support Desk (25jsrm@reg-convention.com).

5. Edit Personal Information\/Cancellation \/Refund<\/h2>\n

To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID (email address) and password, then click the Service Counter. Please review the form carefully when you submit, as you cannot make a change to the Category field in the editing page.

The closing ceremony for the 25th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine and the opening ceremony for the JSRM-ISCT Joint International Conference on iPSCs 2026 will be held at the same time as the Gala Party on Friday, March 20.<\/p>\n

In the beginning, there was a participation fee for the Gala Party, however we have decided to waive it to make it possible for as many people as possible to participate.
The participation fee will be refunded to those who have already paid it.<\/p>\n
