Upon registering for JSRM-ISCT Joint International Conference on iPSCs in 2026, you will also be able to take part in the 25th Congress of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, which will be held concurrently at the same venue on March 19 and 20, 2026.

Residents of Japan should register through the website of the 25th Congress of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine(JSRM). Further information will be published on its website at a later time. You can still participate in ISCT even if you register through JSRM.

3. Online Registration Instruction

To make credit card payments more secure, 3D Secure 2.0 -an authentication service- has become mandatory in Japan as of the end of March 2025.
Before registering for this event, please check with your credit card issuer to ensure that your card is registered for 3D Secure 2.0.

What is 3D Secure 2.0?
3D Secure 2.0 is an authentication protocol designed to make online credit card transactions more secure. It helps prevent unauthorized use of your card by verifying your identity using methods such as pre-set passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), biometrics, and other technologies provided by your credit card company.
-Authentication methods may vary depending on the issuer, so please follow the instructions shown on the authentication screen.
-To confirm whether your credit card supports 3D Secure 2.0, please contact your card issuer directly.

To register online, please click the Online Registration at the bottom of the page.
After the completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL by Email. Please complete the payment by accessing the URL. Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.
If you are Junior Residents, Graduate Students Undergraduate Students or International Students, please submit the copy of your student Identification through the below button.

Registration is available online only. (Telephone, fax or Email registration are not accepted.)

4. Method of Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club). Registration system and the payment transaction are handled through Japan Convention Services, Inc., JCS. “JCS1” will be described on your payment slip.

Payment Deadline

72 hours after you submit your information

Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without the payment.

Please be sure to complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact the Online Registration Support Desk.
After your payment is confirmed, the confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the email after the registration, please contact to Registration Support Desk (25jsrm@reg-convention.com).

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Receipt for the registration fee: available to download from the service counter immediately after registering and paying. The Service Counter URL is noted in the confirmation email.
Your certificate of attendance will be printed on your name tag.

5. Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund

To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID (email address) and password, then click the Service Counter. Please review the form carefully when you submit, as you cannot make a change to the Category field in the editing page.
NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.

6. How to receive your name badge, receipt, certificate of attendance

Name tag(badge) Receive your name tag(name badge) by scanning the attached QR code at the venue on your arrival.
Receipt The download is accessible from the service counter as soon as registration and payment have been completed.

Q. Is group registration available?
A. Group registration is not acceptable in principle. Participants are required to register individually.
Q. I would like to modify the registered information such as name or affiliation.
A. Log in to the Service Counter and amend the details.
Q. I cannot complete the payment due to an error occurring during the credit card transaction.
A. Please contact your credit card company.
Q. Although I clicked the URL on the registration confirmation email to proceed with the payment, I cannot access the URL.
A. Please copy the whole URL from the top ‘https’ and paste it on the browser you use.
Q. I have forgotten my email address or keyword I have registered.
