* 1) JSPRS Members are required to enter their membership number in online registration form.<\/p>\n

* 2) Members of the societies that have been\/will soon be agreed upon in the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) are considered MOU\/MOU candidate members. Need to be verified his\/her membership in MOU societies with an official certificate or letter.<\/p>\n

* 3) Residents\/Students: Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.<\/p>\n

* 4) Medical Staff: Nurses, pharmacists, and radiologists belong to this category. Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.<\/p>\n

There will be no refund of registration fee for any reason after you have completed the payment.
