Registration Fee

Member: JPY 15,000
Non-member: JPY 16,500
Resident: JPY 5,500

Resident

Resident are required to submit Student ID or documents certifying their status,after completing on-line registration, to an upload site below. Details is also announced on the mail after your payment.

Payment methods

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).

Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.

Payment deadline: 72 hours after you’ve registered your information or the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
If registering during the event dates, please pay before arriving at the venue.

Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. Please contact the support desk if you are unable to register.

Registration e-mail address (ID) and password

You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when logging in to on-demand site and when logging in to the service counter. Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons, so be sure to make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

How to receive your name tag, receipt and certificate of attendance

These documents are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media or mail them.

Abstracts Book(PDF)

The abstracts book will be made available to the public before the congress. The password for viewing the book will be sent to you around mid-June.

Changing your information

You can revise or change your information and participation method (in-person or not) at the service counter as described below. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
Your e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk by e-mail and inform them of your issue.

Cancellation policy

Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.

Travel Grant Winners

Registration fee for the travel grant winners will be waived.
Please wait for the contact from the secretariat.

The personal information you give us will never be disclosed to any third party without your permission. However we may use some of your registered data such as registration category, gender, age, and area of expertise for registration trend and view tendency analysis. Result of analysis may be disclosed to third parties as non-personally identifiable information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

FAQ

Q. I’d like to change my participation method (in-person or not).
A. You can change your participation method by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered.
Q. I’d like to change my registration information (name, institution/company, etc.) or correct an error.
A. You can change your registration information by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
Your e-mail address and registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk by e-mail (jshbps36@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.
Q. I deleted or cannot find the e-mail with my QR Code.
A. You can obtain another copy of your QR Code by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered.
Q. I’m trying to pay with a credit card, but a payment error is preventing the transaction from completing.
A. Please check the error message that is shown when you try to pay. If you continue to see the same error after verifying that the credit card information and security code you entered are correct, please contact your credit card issuer.
Q. Clicking the payment URL in the e-mail doesn't take me to the credit card payment interface.
A. Copy the entire payment page URL (starting with “https:// ”) and paste it into your browser’s URL field to access the page. The URL will no longer take you to the online credit card payment interface once the 72-hour payment deadline has passed. Your registrations will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. If you’re unable to register, please contact the support desk by e-mail (jshbps36@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.
Q. I paid the registration fee by credit card, but the e-mail address I used to register hasn’t received any messages.
A. Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the message, sent from “sendonly-kazasdake@convention.co.jp,” has been moved there. If you’re using a mobile device to receive e-mails and the app has been configured to reject messages from certain domains or senders, or messages that contain URLs, you may not be able to receive e-mails from the conference’s system. Please contact the support desk by e-mail (jshbps36@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.
Q. I haven’t received any message from the system even though I configured my e-mail app to accept messages from “convention.co.jp.”
A. Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the message, sent from “sendonly-kazasdake@convention.co.jp,” has been moved there. There may be an error in the e-mail address you used to register. Please contact the support desk by e-mail (jshbps36@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.
