How to proceed with the registration
- Online registration is required. Before coming to the venue, please fill in the required information on the registration site below.
Registration Site - JCA membership numbers are necessary for the registration.If you need to confirm your membership number, please contact the Congress secretariat by email.
- If you wish to register as a graduate or undergraduate student, please upload the image data (JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF) of your student ID when you make the online procedure.
Receipts
Receipts can be issued after the payment is confirmed. Since the receipt can only be issued once, please keep it in a safe place.
Name Badges
After completing the payment, the registration confirmation sheet with a QR code will be displayed on the Service Counter. Please print out the sheet or download it to your smartphone or tablet and bring it to the Registration Desk on-site. Straps will be distributed at the venue.
Onsite Registration
The Registration Desk will be opened during the following hours at the venue.

Password for Online Abstract
The password for Online Abstract will be sent to participants by email.
Web Viewing Site
Access information for the Web Viewing Site will be available on the conference web site. You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered to log in the Web Viewing Site.
Posting of Photos and Presentations in Social Medias
At the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Cancer Association, you can take photos or post the presentations on SNS. Please do not take photos or post to SNS the slides or posters marked “DO NOT POST.”
Tickets for Luncheon Seminars
Number of seats and lunches are limited, therefore, Luncheon Seminar tickets will be distributed on the day of the seminar on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that it will not be possible to book more than one lunch ticket for the same slot. Admission may be adjusted depending on congestion. For information on Luncheon Seminars, please check the Meeting website.
