Important notice
As of August 2, 2022
The 81st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Cancer Association has decided on the format of the meeting in view of the situation of the spread of the new coronavirus.
We had been hoping and trying hard to make JCA2022 a lively event through direct face-to-face discussions and new encounters. However, Japan is currently in its worst situation yet regarding Covid-19 and social events (parties, etc.) will basically be canceled from the viewpoint of infection control.
Moreover, due to the extremely strict infection control measures and behavioral restrictions during their stay in Japan and entry into Japan, we have concluded that we are unable to invite oral/poster presenters and participants from abroad considering your safety and government regulations while speakers/chairs/participants in Japan will come to the venue.
We regret to inform you that the oral presenters will be asked to submit pre-recorded videos and poster presenters will be asked to submit the poster data to display at the venue.
*Invited speakers will be notified individually on how to participate.
When it comes to VISA and ERFS:
-We cannot provide invitation letters (for VISA application) to oral/poster presenters
-You may come to the venue without JCA2022’s help, but we cannot be responsible for any of your activities in Japan even if you actually participate to JCA2022

How to join the conference
- Please register for JCA2022.
- Log in to the Virtual Conference Website with the ID(your registrated Email address) and password. *The website will open on September 28
- Watch the live streaming sessions.
Notice
You cannot watch some sessions such as Oral, Poster, and some sessions in Japanese.
There will not be any recorded videos of sessions. Only the live-streaming function is to be available.

Please submit the following withdrawal form if you no longer wish to present at JCA2022 unfortunately.
Registration Refund
Your registration fee will be fully refunded if you no longer want to join the conference because of the changes of the format.

JPY 3,000 (Overseas)
This registration fee applies to participants who reside outside of Japan without Japanese nationality.
For the participants who reside in Japan, the following registration fee is applied.

Registration Period
Due: October 1, 2022
- If you are the lead presenter of an open call or general abstract, please make sure to complete the admission procedure
(http://www.jca.gr.jp/english/admission.html) during the registration period and register as a member status in advance. - We will send an invitation to honorary members individually, so there is no need to register online in advance.
Password for Online Abstract
The password for Online Abstract will be sent to participants by email.
No Photos, No Audio Recording
Photos and audio recording are prohibited.
Instruction for Chairpersons and Speakers
