The event will be co-hosted with the Science Council of Japan and will be held as an official national event. Therefore, the opening ceremony will be a prestigious event attended by Their Imperial Highnesses Crown Prince and Crown Princess Akishino.<br \/>\nDue to these circumstances, it is necessary to conduct strict security checks for participants attending the opening ceremony.
