Call for Proposals to Host the CLEFT 2033<\/h2>\n

In accordance with the ICCPCA constitution, we are calling for bid to host CLEFT2033.
\nPlease follow the guidelines below to submit your application and ensure that all required information is submitted by the deadline to ensure consideration. Proposals should be sent electronically to cleft2025@convention.co.jp<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

The Application must be submitted to the office of the CLEFT2025 President no later than April 20, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

\t\t\t

Requirements<\/h3>\n

The application must be in the name of the national cleft\/craniofacial association of the country submitting the bid. If none is available, the bid must be in the name of a national cleft\/craniofacial association within the same region as the country submitting the bid. The submission must include the following information:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

\t\t\t

1. Letter of Support<\/h4>\n

Name of the current President of the national cleft\/craniofacial association supporting the bid and a letter of support from that President. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

\t\t\t

2. Contact Information of the Proposal Submitter<\/h4>\n

The name and contact details (email, phone number) of the person submitting the bid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

\t\t\t

3. Proposed Host City and Venue Information<\/h4>\n

A detailed description of the proposed city and venue, including reasons why the location is suitable for the conference. Considerations should include:<\/p>\n

  • Travel accessibility<\/li>\n
  • Safety for tourists<\/li>\n
  • Availability of hotels and accommodations<\/li>\n
  • Local attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>
    \t\t\t

    4. History and Experience of the Host Association<\/h4>\n

    A description of the cleft\/craniofacial association\u2019s history, membership, financial status, and experience in planning scientific conference<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

    \t\t\t

    Voting<\/h3>\n
