Congress Format

AASSFN2023 will be held as a Hybrid Meeting; On-site in Osaka and Online.
We will inform you about the live distribution later.

However, since it is mainly held on-site,
we hope that all participants and presenters will be able to participate on-site as much as possible.
*Participation fees for On-site and Online are the same.

* Nurses / Students / Residents / Researchers / Healthcare providers are required to submit their certification/student ID card through the URL described in the email sent when the registration is completed..

Please note that we do NOT propose day pass or «visitor pass» nor «exhibition pass only».

VISA APPLICATION SUPPORT

If you would like us to support your VISA application, you are first required to complete your registration.
After completing your registration, please contact JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) Corp. (visa_support@jbx.jtb.jp).
VISA application fee for JTB is approx. JPY 21,780 per person.
Please note the following information.

  • JTB will not issue your VISA, JTB will support and make necessary documents for applying VISA.
  • You need to apply VISA by yourself at Japanese Embassy/Consulate in your region/ country.
  • JTB cannot guarantee obtain VISA on time before the conference AASSFN2023.

How to register

Registration e-mail address (ID) and password

You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when logging in to the service counter.Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons, so be sure to make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

How to receive your name tag, receipt, certificate of attendance

Name tag Receive your name tag by scanning the QR Code you receive at the venue. None issued
Receipt After paying the registration fee, log in to the service counter and download your receipt.
* The documents are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media or mail them
Certificate of attendance Log in to the distribution site and download your certificate of attendance.
(The distribution site will open later.)

Changing your information

You can revise or change your information and participation method(On-site/Online) at the service counter as described below. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
Your e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk by e-mail and inform them of your issue.

Payment methods

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).
* Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.
* Payment deadline: 72 hours after you’ve registered your information or the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
If registering during the event dates, please pay before arriving at the venue.
* Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address.Please use a different e-mail address or contact the support desk if you wish to create a new registration.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a letter of invitation, please notify the Congress Secretariat.
Invitations are meant to support participants to apply for travel grants and visa. It does not imply any commitment from the Congress Administration to provide financial support.
