Congress Format

AASSFN2023 will be held as a Hybrid Meeting; On-site in Osaka and Online.
We will inform you about the live distribution later.

However, since it is mainly held on-site,
we hope that all participants and presenters will be able to participate on-site as much as possible.
*Participation fees for On-site and Online are the same.

November 22 (Tue) –  December 21 (Wed), 2022

Abstract Submission Guideline

Abstract Title Limited to 100 characters
Abstract Body Limited to 350 words
Total number of Authors Up to 10 authors
Total number of Affiliations Up to 10 affiliations
  • The submitted abstract must describe unpublished work.
  • Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
  • Late abstract submission will not be accepted.

Presentation Style

Abstracts can be accepted as Oral or Poster presentation.

Categories

Please select a category for your presentation from Categories and submit your abstract.
The Program Committee will make the final decision on the presentation categories.
