Please register via the \u201cNew registration\u201d button at the bottom of the page after reviewing the information below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment methods<\/h2>\n

Registration system and the payment transaction are handled through Japan Convention Services, Inc., JCS.
\n\u201cJCS 7″ will be described on your payment slip.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.<\/p>\n

Payment deadline: 72 hours after you’ve registered your information or the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
\nIf registering during the event dates, please pay before arriving at the venue.<\/p>\n

Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. Please contact the support desk if you are unable to register.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

Registration e-mail address (ID) and password<\/h2>\n

You\u2019ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when logging in to the service counter. Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons, so be sure to make a note of it so that you don\u2019t forget.

How to receive your name tag, receipt, and certificate of attendance<\/h2>\n

If you will attend in person, please come to the venue with a paper printout.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Receipt<\/th>\nLog in to the service counter until on 31st, May 2025, and download your receipt.<\/p>\n

Changing your information<\/h2>\n

You can revise or change your information at the service counter as described below.
\nYour e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.

Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n

Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A. In principle, it is not possible to register groups. Each participant should register separately.<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/span>Q. I\u2019d like to change my registration information (name, institution\/company, etc.) or correct an error.<\/div>
A. You can change your registration information by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered. Please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
\nYour e-mail address and registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk by e-mail (97jgca@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.<\/div><\/div>\n
<\/span>Q. I\u2019m trying to pay with a credit card, but a payment error is preventing the transaction from completing.<\/div>
A. Please check the error message that is shown when you try to pay. If you continue to see the same error after verifying that the credit card information and security code you entered are correct, please contact your credit card issuer. <\/div><\/div>\n
<\/span>Q. Clicking the payment URL in the e-mail doesn't take me to the credit card payment interface.<\/div>
A. Copy the entire payment page URL (starting with \u201chttps:\/\/ \u201d) and paste it into your browser\u2019s URL field to access the page. The URL will no longer take you to the online credit card payment interface once the 72-hour payment deadline has passed. Your registrations will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. If you\u2019re unable to register, please contact the support desk by e-mail (97jgca@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.<\/div><\/div>\n
<\/span>Q. I paid the registration fee by credit card, but the e-mail address I used to register hasn\u2019t received any messages.<\/div>
A. Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the message, sent from \u201cno-reply@event-ope-service.com,\u201d has been moved there. If you\u2019re using a mobile device to receive e-mails and the app has been configured to reject messages from certain domains or senders, or messages that contain URLs, you may not be able to receive e-mails from the conference\u2019s system. Please contact the support desk by e-mail (97jgca@reg-convention.com) and inform them of your issue.<\/div><\/div>\n
<\/span>Q. I haven\u2019t received any message from the system even though I configured my e-mail app to accept messages from \u201cevent-ope-service.com.\u201d<\/div>
