The oral presentation is 10 min. including questions and answers.<br \/>\nThe poster presentation is 5 min. including questions and answers in front of your poster and chairperson.<br \/>\nPresentations at the Annual Meeting must be given only in English by the first author himself\/herself. Do not use translators.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"1\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Call for abstracts (English Oral\/Poster Session)<\/h2>\n<p>Those who wish to submit an abstract for English oral\/poster session must prepare the abstract following the instruction below and submit it from web form.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"2\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><div style=\"padding:1em;margin: 0 auto;border: solid 1px red;background:#fff;\">\n<p style=\"text-align:center;color: red;font-weight: bold;margin-bottom: 0!important;\"><del>Abstract Submission Deadline: January 30 (Fri.), 2026<\/del><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;color: red;font-weight: bold;margin-bottom: 0!important;\">Abstract submission has been closed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-3\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"3\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><ol>\n<li>Please submit your abstract from web form.<\/li>\n<li>In each abstract, please include the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Abstract title<\/li>\n<li>Author&#8217;s name<\/li>\n<li>Institution<\/li>\n<li>Corresponding Author\u2019s Contact information (Name, E-mail, Institution, Postal address, Postcode, Phone number)<\/li>\n<li>Abstract body<\/li>\n<li>The abstract body must be 250 words or less. There are two methods for obtaining a visa for speakers whose presentations have been accepted. One option is to apply for a visa in your home country using the same method as tourists from your country to Japan. The second method is to request assistance from the congress secretariart. If you choose this second option, it will need a fee of <span style=\"color: red;\">18,150 yen<\/span> per person.<br \/>This visa covers a maximum stay of up to six days, from Wednesday, 17 June 2026 to Monday, 22 June 2026.<\/li>\n<li>Authors who require an invitation letter to present their institutions to attend the congress can request to the secretary office.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that accommodations should be paid and arranged by the applicants themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-5\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"5\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Applications for Travel Grants<\/h2>\n<p>This year the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy has decided to give travel grants to attend the Annual Meeting to the first authors of the 20 best rated abstracts in the international session. The amount of travel grants will differ according to the World Bank Criteria. Recipients from lower-middle-income or low-income countries will receive a travel grant of 100,000 yen. Recipients from upper-middle-income countries far from Japan will receive 70,000 yen. Recipients from upper-middle-income countries near Japan or high-income countries will receive 50,000 yen. All recipients regardless of the amount of travel grants will receive a complimentary registration to attend the 71st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy in 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"asterisk\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0!important;color: red;\">This travel grant is not applied to international nationals residing in Japan and Japanese nationals.<\/p>\n<p>The recipient of the grant is asked to bring the following two items to receive the grant to the secretariat:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A certificate which will be given after the presentation<\/li>\n<li>Passport<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-6\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Eligibility Criteria<\/h2>\n<p>Applicants must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Applicants from upper-middle-income countries or high-income countries must be 40 years old or younger as of <span style=\"font-weight:bold;color: red;\">May 30, 2026<\/span>. There are no age requirements for applicants from lower-middle income countries or low-income countries.<\/li>\n<li>A travel grant will be awarded solely to the \ufb01rst author of the 20 selected abstracts. Even if more than one abstract for the same author are accepted, the travel grant will be provided only for one abstract per one author.<\/li>\n<li>Young overseas doctors\/researchers, who live outside of Japan, without Japanese nationality.
