Please inform your arrival to a room staff.<br \/>\nPlease take the chairperson&#8217;s standby seat before the beginning of your session.<br \/>\nSome sessions have MCs. If your session does not have MC, please open the session at a start time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"1\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>For Presenters<\/h2>\n<h3>Presentation Time<\/h3>\n<p>Please follow the schedule and instructions sent by the conference secretariat, and during the session, please follow the session chairs&#8217; directions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"2\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>Projection and Technical Setting<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>PowerPoint is the only communication tool available in all session rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Slide projectors are not available.<\/li>\n<li>There is only one projector in each session room.<\/li>\n<li>Speakers are kindly asked to observe that only computers with Windows 10 PCs with Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 installed provided by the congress may be used for showing your presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Only Windows computers support presentations using data from USB memory sticks.<\/li>\n<li>All PowerPoint presentations must be handed in at the PC preview center at least 1 hour prior to your session.<\/li>\n<li>If you are presenting from a Mac, please be sure to bring your own Mac laptop.<\/li>\n<li>If you use Movie file on your presentation, please be sure to bring your own laptop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-13-0-0-3\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"3\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><h2>For Speakers Who Bring Their Own Laptop<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Please visit the PC preview center at least 1 hour prior to your session to verify the correct output to the equipment.<\/li>\n<li>After you finish checking your presentation, please personally bring your laptop to the operator\u2019s desk near the lectern at the front left of the venue at least 30 minutes before your presentation session begins. Your laptop will be returned to you at the operator\u2019s desk immediately after your presentation ends.<\/li>\n<li>Please be sure to bring your own AC adapter.<\/li>\n<li>The HDMI output connection is used to connect the laptop to an external monitor and data projector.
