Registration
Registration is online only.
On the day of the conference, onsite registration (and payment) will not be available.
Must be completed prior to your visit.
Registration Desk
The on-site registration desk will be located in Osaka International Convention Center 1F, Plaza.

Note: General participation fees will change from the 70th Conference.
Please complete the registration and payment of the participation fee through the registration site below in advance.
Registered participants are required to wear their name badge. Persons not wearing a name badge will not be permitted entry into the meeting.
Your name badge will not be reissued. Please be careful not to lose it.
Program Book
You can take one copy of the program book in the registration area. Quantities are limited.
Congress Bag
You can take a congress bag in the registration area. The exchange time is the same as the On-site Registration Hours. Quantities are limited.
Cloak
You can leave your baggage at the cloakrooms while participating in the meeting.

Luncheon / Sweets Seminar Ticket
For the Luncheon / Sweets Seminar numbered tickets will be distributed at the following times on the day of the seminar.

- Please bring your name badge with you to receive a ticket.
- Only one ticket per person will be distributed for each of the Luncheon and Sweets Seminars, and only for the same day’s sessions.
- Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and distribution will end once all tickets are gone.
- If there are any remaining tickets after the distribution period, they will be handed out in front of each seminar room.
- Numbered tickets become invalid at the start time of the seminar; after that, attendees without a ticket will also be allowed to enter.
- No ticket is required for attending Evening Seminars
Exhibition
Exhibition will be located in Osaka International Convention Center 3F, 5F, 10F, 12F.

Unauthorized photography and video recording of sessions are prohibited.
Please do not leave personal belongings on seats in session rooms.
Please use silent mode or turn off your portable electronic devices in session rooms.
