Online Registration

The 68th Annual Meeting of the Japan Diabetes Society will be held onsite, and some programs will be available on-demand after the conference.
“Online registration” is required regardless of on-site or on-demand participation. Please be sure to register in advance, as cash registration will not be accepted at the venue on the day of the meeting.

To upload Identification Documents

  • Students are required to upload Student ID or certificate of enrollment.
  • Early Residents are also required to submit a certificate to verify your residency status.
    Ensure that you download, fill out, and upload the ‘Certificate of Enrollment‘ after applying.
  • Please note that those students/resident discounts may not apply if you fail to submit the necessary documents above.

How to register online

Please complete registration beforehand through the button [Online Registration] at the bottom of this page. The registration site can be connected to PC, smartphone or tablet.

  1. Please fill in the necessary information and proceed to the confirmation page.
  2. On the confirmation page, please double check the information you input, and click the “Confirm” button, which will lead you to the completion of application page. (At this point, you have not completed the full registration yet.)

    To proceed with the payment now

    Please click the button ‘to make a payment now’ and input credit card number, valid date and security code (3 or 4-digit numbers on the front or back of your credit card) to complete the payment.

    To proceed with the payment later

    You will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have created a registered account for the Meeting with a Payment URL. Please check the URL attached in the email and access the credit card transaction page to proceed with the payment.

  3. After the transaction is completed, you will receive a Log-in ID and Password to access the 68JDS Web site which is exclusive for participants.

To access from portable terminal

Before proceeding with the registration, please check and set up to receive emails from “event-ope-service.com”. If you have used designated domain reception, it may block emails from the 68JDS registration system.

Payment Deadline The payment should be completed within 72 hours after registration.

  • Please complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning the registration procedure, please contact the Online Registration Support Desk.

Cancellation/ Revision of registered information

If you wish to change the information you have registered, or cancel your registration, please email the Online Registration Support Desk as below.

  • Please note that there will be no refund of the registration fee for any reason after you have completed the payment.
    Moreover, the change of Registration Category will also not be accepted. Please be sure to choose an applicable category when you register.

Receipt /Certificate

Receipts, name cards, and participation certificates can be downloaded from the Service Counter on the bottom of this page.
Please download them during the respective issuing period below.

Issuing period

Receipt: After payment of the participation fee – July 31, 2025 (Thu.)
Name card: May 13, 2025 (Tue.) – May 31, 2025 (Sat.)
Participation certificate: June 2, 2025 (Mon.) – July 31, 2025 (Thu.)
We cannot issue or reissue any certificates outside of the above period, so please issue them yourself during the issuing period if you need one.

For on-site participants

For on-site participants, please bring a name card (color recommended, A4 size) that you printed yourself at the Service Counter on the bottom of this page.
Please note that name cards will not be issued on-site.
Please wear your name card during the conference. Anyone without a name card will be denied entry.
A set of neck straps for storing name cards and card holders will be available at the reception on the day of the event.

Frequent Questions

Q. Is group registration available?
A. Group registration is not acceptable in principle. Participants are required to register individually.
Q. I would like to modify the registered information such as name or affiliation.
A. Please log into the Service Counter and modify the information. New QR Code will be issued once you make a modification. Please save and bring the new QR Code to the site.
Q. I cannot complete the payment due to an error occurring during the credit card transaction.
A. Please contact your credit card company.
Q. Although I clicked the URL on the registration confirmation email to proceed with the payment, I cannot access the URL.
A. Please copy the whole URL from the top ‘https’ and paste it on the browser you use.
Q. I have not received emails from the 68JDS system after setting up ”event-ope-service.com”.
A. There may be an error or mistake on the email address you have input. Please notify Online Registration Support Desk at 68jds@reg-convention.com.
Q. I have forgotten my email address or keyword I have registered.
A. Please contact Online Registration Support Desk at 68jds@reg-convention.com.
Q. ”JCS 1/日本コンベンションサービス登録 1/ニホンコンベンションサービストウロク 1” is described on the payment slip.
