Associate Member/Initial Trainee/Medical Staff JPY 5,000-
Medical Student Free ※

Initial trainee and medical staff are required to submit a certificate.
The URL of the certificate upload site is included in the automatic e-mail sent after registration is completed.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)

Documents for Visa Applications

To enter Japan, a visa will be required for certain countries. We recommend checking the information on entry formalities with the Japanese Embassy or the Consulate General in your country.

Please register via the “New registration” button at the bottom of the page after reviewing the information below.

Payment methods

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).

Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.

Payment deadline: 72 hours after you’ve registered your information.

If registering during the event dates, please pay before arriving at the venue.

Registration e-mail address (ID) and password

You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when logging in to the service counter.
Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons,
so be sure to make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

How to receive your name tag, receipt, certificate of attendance

Name tag Receive your name tag by scanning the QR Code you receive at the venue. None issued
Receipt After paying the registration fee, log in to the service counter and download your receipt.
* The documents are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media or mail them.
*Receipt issuance period: After completion of payment, noon to June 30(Fri), 2023
Certificate of attendance Log in to the service counterand download your certificate of attendance.

Changing your information

You can revise or change your information and participation method(On-site/Online) at the service counter as described below. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
Your e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk by e-mail and inform them of your issue.

Cancellation policy

Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.
