Registration

At this Meeting, all registrations must be made online.
If you participate in on-site in Yokohama, please be sure to complete the pre-registration before coming to the venue. There will be no registration service on-site. We only issue a name card based on your pre-registration.
The Registration Desk will be opened during the following hours at the venue.

Time： June 30 (Thu.) 7:30-18:00
July 1 (Fri.) 7:15-18:00
July 2 (Sat.) 7:15-13:30

Online Distribution Website

You will need Registration ID (e-mail address) and PW to log in to the Online Distribution Website.

Cloak

Cloak is available at G1-G4, 1F, Pacific Convention Plaza Yokohama（PACIFICO Yokohama） North.

Tickets for Luncheon Seminars

You need a numbered ticket to attend the Luncheon seminar.
There will be no pre-registration for the ticket. The ticket will be distributed only on-site. Please note that the number of the ticket is limited.
Please be kindly reminded that due to the limited number of meals and seats, tickets will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

As a part of services for the participants, Internet Access is available during the meeting. SSID and Wi-Fi password will be posted in the venues.
